Meet our Team
Our Director

Mrs. Rashida holds 6+ years of experience in Human Resources and Staff Recruitment and holds multiple academic recognition in her career. Additionally, she is also the HR Manager at Saifee Hospital Tanzania.
Our CEO

Mr. Ishaq I Najmuddin is a Clinical & ECMO Perfusionist who started his career in India where he completed his perfusion studies and did an ECMO Fellowship for Perfusionists at Fortis Hospital Mulund, Mumbai and also received clinical exposure and training in ECMO and cardiac surgery. Since his return to his native town in Dar es Salaam, Mr. Ishaq has been leading the ‘ECMO in Tanzania’ initiative.
Additionally he is passionate about his perfusion role in cardiac surgeries and has a strong affinity towards IABP and pediatric cardiac surgery. He takes great interest in teaching and educating fresh perfusionists and preparing them for their multidisciplinary role in healthcare.
Our simulation education department was specifically started at the behest of our CEO to develop medical simulation in Tanzania and the healthcare industry. We want to help hospitals and medical universities alike to establish medical simulation as the gold standard for medical education in the country.
This is hand-in-hand with his great interest in research. While he already has 2 Q1 journal publications as a student, he seeks to do much more in his field and beyond and will soon be entering the innovation side of perfusion.
