Perfusion Services
Perfusion is a highly specialized skill that directly supports safe cardiac surgery and extracorporeal procedures. Najmi Consultancy provides experienced perfusionists on a case-by-case basis, ensuring hospitals have skilled professionals exactly when they need them.
In addition to clinical support, we offer training and mentorship programs for perfusionists, both in hospitals and educational institutions. Our training focuses on practical skills, best practices, and helping to build competent and confident perfusionists.
Our perfusionists are available for the following:
- Cardiac surgery (on-pump or standby)
- IABP insertion and maintainence
- ECMO initiation, maintenance and 24/7 bedside duties
- Cell saver operations during procedures
- Training of perfusion staff and students
